Use of the site

The site is provided for personal, non-commercial use — to discover our residences, view photography, check availability and contact the resort. You agree not to scrape, mirror, frame, reverse-engineer or otherwise misuse the site, and not to interfere with its security or availability.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — photography, copy, illustrations, the Galilee Hills name and marks, the SunSide, MoonSide and SkySide residence names, and the overall design — is owned by Galilee Hills Ltd. or licensed to it, and is protected by Israeli and international copyright and trademark law. No content may be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Bookings made through the site

Reservation requests submitted through WhatsApp, email or any contact form on the site are offers to book; a stay is only confirmed once we reply in writing with a confirmation. Rates, availability and inclusions shown on the site are indicative and may change before confirmation.

Third-party links and reviews

The site links to third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those platforms. Guest ratings displayed on the site are sourced from verified stays on Airbnb and Booking.com and reflect the score at the time of publication.

Accuracy and availability

We work hard to keep imagery, descriptions and prices accurate, but minor differences between the site and the physical resort can occur due to seasonal changes, maintenance or upgrades. The site is provided on an as-is basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Northern District of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of the site.

Reservations & payment

A reservation is confirmed once written confirmation has been issued and the required deposit received. The remaining balance is due before arrival, by the date stated in your confirmation. Rates are quoted in ILS and include VAT where applicable; cleaning and the optional organic Druze breakfast (₪80 / person) are billed as listed.

Cancellation & changes

Cancellation, modification and refund conditions are those shown on your confirmation and on the listing through which you booked (direct, Airbnb or Booking.com). Where a stricter platform policy applies, that policy prevails. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Check-in, check-out & ID

Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00. The lead guest must be 25+, present valid government photo ID at check-in and remain on-site throughout the stay. Late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged.

House rules

• No parties, events or external visitors without prior written approval.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00, in respect of neighbours and other in-house guests.
• Strictly no smoking and no vaping indoors; designated outdoor areas only.
• Pets only by prior arrangement and in writing.
• Maximum occupancy as stated on your confirmation; additional guests are not permitted.

Pool, hot tub & gym

The pool and hot tub are unsupervised and used at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The Bushido strength gym is reserved for in-house guests aged 16+, used at your own risk, and use of free weights, the punching bag and boxing gear assumes appropriate experience.

Damage, liability & insurance

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the residence or shared amenities during the stay and authorise us to charge reasonable repair or replacement costs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galilee Hills Ltd. is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or for indirect or consequential loss. Guests are encouraged to hold their own travel insurance.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide the stay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, fire, security situations, strikes, utility outages or governmental restrictions. Where a stay cannot be delivered, we will offer a rescheduled date or refund of unused nights.

Data we collect

• Identity & contact: name, phone number, email address, country of residence.
• Reservation details: dates, residence booked, number of guests, special requests, ID document at check-in.
• Payment data: handled by Airbnb, Booking.com or our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Site usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location (via cookies — see below).

Why we use it

To confirm and manage your stay, to communicate with you before, during and after the visit, to send service emails (confirmations, arrival instructions, invoices), to comply with Israeli tax and hospitality law, to prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — to send occasional offers from Galilee Hills.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of performance of a contract (your reservation), our legitimate interest in running and securing the resort and the site, your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and compliance with Israeli law.

Sharing

We share data only with parties needed to deliver your stay: the booking platform you used, our payment processor, our email provider, accounting and tax advisors, and competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Reservation and accounting records are kept for the period required by Israeli tax law (currently seven years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Site analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time by emailing privacy@galileehillsresort.com or writing to us at the address below.

Security

We protect personal data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and vetted processors. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They let the site remember your language, keep the site secure and help us understand how visitors browse.

Categories we use

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (language preference, security, form submission). These cannot be switched off.
• Performance & analytics — anonymous statistics on which pages and residences guests view most, so we can improve the site.
• Marketing — only set if you click "Accept all" in Cookies Settings; used to measure the performance of our occasional campaigns on Meta and Google.

Third-party cookies

Some pages embed content from third parties (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). These providers may set their own cookies governed by their own policies.

Managing your choice

You can change or withdraw consent at any time by opening Cookies Settings in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies will still be set so the site can function.
